Update on Charter (integrate actions into existing charter...volunteers: John, Sondra, & Kelly will review and edit the charter document by organizing the scope of work into the follwoing SPF steps:
1. Assessment
2. Build Capacity
3. Planning
4. Implementation
5. Evaluation
Message was reviewed and approved regarding April 4th postponement. Assistance with dissemination is as follows:
- RPCs/AAPS infrastructure (Chrisy Khatib)
- FCSC (Beth)
- SRS Prevention Team members (Carol Sprague)
- CCB Assistant directors (Carol Sprague (Marilyn will remind that it needs to get passed on to staff)
- Regional Directors (Carol Sprague)
- SLP Work Group (from Kelly)
Opportunity for team leads training?
- Dates: May 2-3, June 5-6, July 31, Aug. 1
- Volunteers: Richard, Marilyn?, others may contact Sondra or Kelly to learn more
Next Steps:
- meeting on April 4th - Gloria(my hero!) will work with Joanne jcharbonneau@srs.ks.gov or 785-296-4475 to confirm a location, ensure that the agenda is sent out to the email group of SLP work group members (thanks Erin for setting this up), and make sure all team members have the logistics information they need.
